Our soft furnishing capability gives us the approval to fabricate a range of cabin interior items including carpet kits, seat covers and curtains. Our CASA production certificate permits us to manufacture new composite parts using honeycomb sandwich panels. We fabricate replacement cabin and cargo floor panels, cabin stowage boxes, partitions and bulkheads.
Pre-Production
We also provide pre-production work to save on resources for fleet operators and RPT’s.
To make life easier for fleet operators, we will survey your aircraft to create customised mapping which include pre-cutting guides. We do all the hard work to make your life easier. All that’s left for you to do is decide if you need individual carpet pieces or a complete carpet kit for your fleet.
Inventory Management
Plane Support will maintain and store your customised products on a max-min basis to support short lead time orders.
CASA Approved
Our Quality Management System is approved by CASA under CASR 21G and 21K, which means we can cut, overlock and supply you with cabin solutions with a CASA Form 1. Put simply, you are receiving an approved aeronautical product that can be fitted straight to your aircraft all from the one shop.
